DIRECTOR OF TECH SERVICES

This role will develop and execute the IT strategy, IT strategic roadmap, develop IT services and solutions for the organization, and design and manage communications, security, networking, and storage teams, and so on. She/he will recruit and onboard talent for the Tech Services department.
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT & GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS

This role oversees the development of the organization's strategic plan. Other responsibilities include directing all SYN21 Partner Alliance activities, including evaluating, implementing, and reporting on the organization's development goals and partner alliances that will increase revenue and help the firm expand. He/she will recruit and onboard talent for the Development and Global Partnerships department.
DIRECTOR, COMMUNICATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA

This role will concentrate on building a communications and brand strategy for clients and how they perceive Syn21s products and services. She/he is a professional with outstanding marketing and promotional skills to take the organization's concept to a large audience. She/he will recruit and onboard talent for the communications and social media department.
DIRECTOR, GRANTS CONTRACTS & STRATEGIC RFPs
Atlanta, GA
This role develops and manages the organization’s procurement practices and policy for state, and local government contracts, federal grants, bids, and RFP procurements. She/he will develop a framework for government grants, annual program statements (APS), cooperative agreements, government contracts, bids, and strategic RFP pursuits. She/he will recruit, onboard, and train up a team of specialists for the Procurements, Contracts & Government Relations department.
